1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Handld (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Handld is a recurring purchase automation platform that predicts consumption needs and places or suggests orders on your behalf. The Service includes prediction modelling, order management, and a client administration portal for enterprise customers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at hello@justhandld.com.

4. Free and Paid Tiers

The household tier is currently free with no time limit. Paid tiers may be introduced for premium features. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms for paid tiers will be published and agreed to separately at the time of purchase.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We never sell your personal data. Aggregate, anonymised data may be used to improve predictions for all users.

6. Revenue Sharing Programme

Handld may offer an optional programme through which users who opt in receive a share of revenue generated from anonymised, aggregated data licensing. Participation is always voluntary and requires explicit consent. There is no guaranteed payout — amounts depend on programme participation and licensing revenue, which may vary or be zero. Full programme terms will be published if and when launched.

7. Prohibited Uses

Using the Service to place fraudulent orders
Reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract the prediction engine
Using the Service in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations
Sharing account credentials or reselling access without written permission

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, prediction engine, and all content and software are owned by Handld and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights in Handld's intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Service.
