Yes. The household tier is free forever — no credit card required, no trial period, no artificial limits on the core features. We sustain this through a future Premium tier and enterprise contracts.
How does the prediction engine learn my patterns?
When you first add a product, Handld uses your stated consumption rate as a baseline. Over time, it refines predictions using your actual order history, household context signals (household size, life events, seasons), and aggregate data from similar households.
What retailers does Handld order from?
Handld currently supports major online retailers. The specific vendor list is expanding. You can set a preferred vendor and fallback options per product.
Can I control every order before it goes through?
Absolutely. Set your approval mode to 'Always ask' to review every order before it's placed. Or choose auto-order for full automation, with confirmations sent after. You can also set different approval modes per product.
Is my data safe?
You are always in control of your data. Your personal information — health details, payment data, and sensitive demographics — is never shared or sold under any circumstances. Aggregate usage patterns are anonymized before contributing to predictions that benefit everyone. You can export or permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.
